Matt Rivera and April Laughlin became one on July 3, 2015 at St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Rolling Hills. The newly weds celebrated with their close family and friends at the Los Verdes Golf Course in Rancho Palos Verdes. Their color schemes were light shades of purple, pinks, and blush aiming for that 'vintage/rustic' theme. A lot of decor were hand made by the bride herself! From votive candles with lavender stems to the vases used for centerpieces, she was very creative. For this wedding, the couple had 2 different styles of centerpieces. On some tables, a vase with a simple floral arrangement was placed. Other tables had a lit lantern with a fresh garland wrapping around it. As for the cake table, my team and I decided to add some moss on top of the lace linen to give it a more natural feel to it. Unique details made this wedding memorable to the bride and groom as well as their guests. Guests were able to finger-print their thumbs on a canvas and sign their name on it stepping away from the tradition guest book. All in all, this wedding was a blast and we wish them all the best and more years to come! Congratulations, Matt and April!
